In 2-4 weeks, we will be sending a substitute prepaid card free-of-charge to the address in your Payza account. In order to facilitate a rapid delivery, please ensure that your address is up-to-date. You will be able to use the substitute prepaid card as normal, however the card will only hold a balance in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
To ensure that you have no problems using your card, we will waive the currency conversion fees for any prepaid cards loaded from a USD balance. Conversions will be done according to market rates. Regular fees will still apply as normal for all purchases and unloads.
We apologize for the issues affecting your current Payza prepaid card. Due to unforeseen issues we have come to the decision to decommission current USD Payza prepaid card in order to focus our efforts on creating a better program.
Although you are no longer able to load or unload funds to or from your current prepaid card, you can still make purchases or withdraw funds at an ATM as normal. Please note that the balance on your existing card will not be transferred to the substitute prepaid card.
For those members who have not yet received your prepaid card, we apologize for the delay. When these issues arose, we put a hold on all deliveries. We will instead be sending you the substitute Payza prepaid card.
