В лучшую сторону хочется выделить шаблончик. Идея не плохая. Всё вроде как бы на своих местах и по делу. Что касаемо сроков платежеспособности пока судить рановато.

Трудно сказать. Положитесь на свой опыт и чутьё. Информации очень мало по команде обеспечивающей этот проект. Неизвестно пока как работать будут.
