If any company is asking to create an API to receive a payment, please be carefully about how to configure that application. Nobody can tell you which parameters use to configure the account (password, security words, Api name etc). Please verify if in your account exist any API active, go to merchant tools, API and check if there is any Active API. If yes, please select the active API and then click on DELETE button. Is important to know the API is NOT mandatory to receive or send any payments. A real Merchant will never ask to create a API under his own parameters.

In this case we will need the respective order issued by your country courthouse to start the investigation and freeze any account, this is the procedure according to the Privacy Policy, we can not touch any account without the respective order. You need to ask for that order according to the report that you will make in your country legal entity.
