1. айпишинки вообще то у проектов разные.

2. Если бы даже были одинаковые. С чего решили что тот проект его? Если только айпишник - ни о чем. Вы бы еще вспомнили всё что на данном айпи / сервере висели за 10 лет давности!
Вот если бы они работали одновременно на одном айпи или хотя бы неделю назад - было бы о чем поговорить. Аренда сервера как правило помесячная!

так что ... какая то у Вас очень странная предъява, начиная с того что надуманно связали их по айпи.
