Вот письмо от админа пришло, думаю Versus18 вчера был прав, это письмо только подтверждает его слова. И опять фигурирует сумма потерь и обьяснения, как с "камушками".
Lately due to API issues of payment processors we accetped,our instant payment and automatic deposit system somewhat got messed.Many members were constantly sending us support ticket,asking about missing deposit and pending payouts,though we clarified these questions on the most broswered pages of our website.Well,That was not the most serious problem,It just took us more time to process these inquiries/deposit/withdrawal.
The biggest problem caused by API issue also is that,double or multiple payouts were sent to a single withdrawal rquests, This issue brought us a loss of about $10,000 in the past few days.Let\'s censure vipoker,member of Business Inv who took us more than $2,000 away,transaction details below;

Meanwhile Let\'s praise Benny Wibowo,one of his payout request was processed seven times,but he fully refunded.
To solve these problems,we decided to make some changes to our deposit and withdrawal rules after few days of careful thought and serious discusstion,It is hard for us to make this decision,But in order to make us more stable and to protect the safety of our investors\' fund,we have to do this dicision.
#1 Instant payout will be colsed temporarily,all withdrawal request will be processed within 24 hours.This feature will be resumed in the near future,but the prerequisite is that api of payment processors are fully back to normal.
#2 Support tickets regarding missing deposit and pending deposit will be replied only in the case of your deposit or withdrawal reqeust are not processed within 24 hours(usually will be processed very securely).
#3 To ensure the safety of our funds and multiple payout to be refunded,At least one active deposit is required in your account to make a withdrawal,and the amount of deposit must be more than withdrawals,or your withdrawal request will not be processed and fund will be removed to your account balance.(This rules will be cancelled once payment processors are fully back to normal).
Again,I have to restate our rules about multipe account.
We allow one account per physical/juridical person. If you share the same internet connection with other BusinessInv member, send a message through the support area to avoid account blocking.
