If you withdraw using BTC, then, BTC equivalent is processed (meaning USD is converted to BTC first) e.g if you withdraw, $5.62, then the BTC= 0.009 (rate at the moment) will be sent to your wallet now if the rate changes, 0.009 might be more than $5.62 or less than the expected amount. But you always receive the correct BTC amount. Sorry, we do not do any scams. It is all about currency exchange and valuations. Thank you
