Почему с сумм больше $200.00 выплаты стоят в ожидании?
Обращался к админам, они не отвечают ни на письма, ни в чате. Писал уже и на Ruben Daniels cronexinvasion собачка gmail точка com и на Админ admin собачка cronexinvasion точка com, также лично в чат Ruben Daniels пишу, но опять же полный игнор.
Пытались выводить центы, ничего не помогает.
Подскажите, что еще можно сделать?

Обратитесь к аплайну и другим мониторам проекта, чтобы они попытались выяснить у админа, в чем дело. С намеком на изменение статуса проекта
Из горького опыта могу предположить, что крупные (по меркам админа) суммы отжимаются под разными (обычно надуманными) предлогами - мультиаккаунты и прочие нарушения правил. При этом с мелкими вкладами проект продолжает нормально работать еще долгое время. За счет отжатого.

Если какие-то правила действительно нарушены (умышленно или по незнанию), то все зависит от желания админа пойти навстречу. Да и в первом варианте тоже
