Зачем проект в проблемный раздел снесли? Два пендинга по сроку меньше суток в парте - это уже СКАМ? Тут за весь срок работы по-моему ни разу повода для беспокойства не было.

Зачем было регламент нарушать? Первый пендаль 28 числа, письмо писалось 30го. Регламент до 24 часа.

P.S. Сейчас все задолженности выплачены. Просьба модераторов перенести проект в рабочий раздел.

Видимо модераторам проблемного (как и многих других разделов) не платят зп, так что многие разделы вообще не модерируются сейчас. Куча спамеров развелось, их не банят,, аватарок у пользователей - нет, так что возможно админу придется в скамах работать, как и вот этим проектам:
