We're resuming refunds
We are delighted to inform you that we have successfully completed the internal review conducted with the awareness of our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). As a result, we are now ready to resume issuing refunds to our customers.
We would like to express our gratitude to our customers who have provided required information for completion of their Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. We will notify you via email once your account is ready for refund, please proceed according to the instruction provided to you. Please note it may take us some time to mobilise our banking partners however, we will do everything possible to minimise the delay.
For those customers who did not respond to the request for KYC information update, please read it carefully and provide information according to the mentioned requirements, as responding with irrelevant or inaccurate information will delay our review and the overall refund process.
If you have not yet been contacted, please let us know that you would like to obtain your refund and proceed with confirming your KYC information, and we will send you a request for information. We will appreciate a prompt response and will do our best to conduct checks for your account as soon as we receive it.
