Здесь все только ныть могут. Бо когда говорили, что ждите новостей, это не за год решается, то они все почему то новости сами себе придумывали какие кому нравится. Даже не читали что пишут на офф. сайте, это для них не авторитет. А какой то недо блогер, или диванный аналитик напишет то все......ему верить можно, он у нас знаток что делается внутри компании! Они думали, что такой сложный вопрос как аудит решается за пару месяцев.Ну и где обсуждение, так сказать, возрождения гиганта?
Changes to ePayments legal documents and services
Hello Customer,
We’ve been working hard on our roadmap to prioritise the development of new products and solutions that are tailored for both your and our growth and expansion. We plan to enhance your e-Wallet features with extra currencies and new functionality such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and virtual cards for safe online shopping, new payment channels, automatic tax payments and much more. We’re so excited to roll out our new features over the coming months.
To get us back on track sooner, we’ve had to make some changes to our services and terms and conditions, which we’ll explain further in this email.
Changes to our terms and conditions
We’ve updated our e-Wallet and Mastercard® Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions (‘terms and conditions’). The new terms and conditions will come into effect from 3 March 2022.
We’ve also made some changes to our Privacy Policy. This document informs you about how we use your personal data and what your rights are with regards to the use of your information.
We’ve attached the e-Wallet, Mastercard® Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy to this email, as well as updated the Legal section of our website with the new documents.
Summary of main changes
Let us know if you’re unhappy with the changes
- We will no longer offer services for non-business-related purposes. This means that all our customers, whether companies or individuals, can only use our services for the purpose of their trade, business or profession, for example affiliate marketing, streaming or gaming.
- We’re making changes to the relationship between ePayments and the Electronic Payments Association. Our customers are not required to be members of the Electronic Payments Association in order to use our pre-paid card and we want the Mastercard® Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions to reflect this. However, this doesn’t affect the way you can use your ePayments card. We’re making this change under Clause 31.1 of the Mastercard® Prepaid Card Terms and Conditions as we’re entitled to make changes to the provisions from time to time.
- We want to tell you about changes to the way your data is processed. We’re making changes to the ePayments Privacy Policy because Electronic Payments Association will no longer be mentioned as a "data controller" of your personal data under European Union (EU) and UK data protection laws.
- If we don’t hear from you by 3 March 2022, we’ll assume you accept the changes.
- If you don’t agree with the changes, you can close your account fee-free by giving us notice in writing, at [email protected].
- If you give us notice to close your account, we’ll transfer your balance to you, provided your chosen option of transfer is available there are no restrictions for us to do so. This means that if there are outstanding checks on your account, they will need to be completed before we can return your funds.
- We will deduct any fees, or other money owed to us before we return your balance.
- This account closure process may take longer than 2 months to complete.

We’ve had to make some changes to our service offering. Most are temporary and have been made to allow us to resume operations as soon as possible.

Personal account changes
- We’ve temporarily disabled the ability for you to receive payments from Personal accounts. (This does not affect bank transfers, including receiving payments from external third parties, which remain unchanged).
- Topping up your corporate e-Wallet by bank card will also be temporarily unavailable.
We’ve changed the structure and functionality of ePayments Personal accounts. These changes are temporary:
Cryptocurrency
- You will be able to receive payments from Companies. This includes both ePayments Corporate accounts and other companies who are not ePayments customers (for example Google or Apple). We won’t be able to process payments from Personal accounts. This includes payments from your own external account, family and friends.
- You can still load funds onto your ePayments Mastercard (if you are eligible for one) and use the card as you would have before. Also, you will be able to send funds from your e-Wallet to an account or card at another financial institution in your name.

- We love working with cryptocurrency, and we’re firm believers that blockchain and cryptocurrency have a key role in the future of money.
- We’ve temporarily suspended this service and are currently working on how to resume this functionality for our customers in a way that is innovative, useful and compliant. Watch this space as we have an exciting offering coming soon!
- We’re removing this service, as we don’t find it as popular with our customers as we would have wanted.

Скажу больше, мне и за пару лет так ничего и не вернули.
По опросам, процент "вовзращенных" денег составляет менее 10%. Опять же, далеко не объективные опросы, преимущественно в группах, кому "не все равно".Скажу так,у моего клиента,вернули деньги,у него был вывод на карту РФ,они отписали что он может вывести ,он зашёл,нажал вывести и вывели.
Я им сразу написал,они ответили,что у меня деньги на карте,а это уже другая история......
Надеюсь всем вернут
ну мне после вывода они писали, что в будущем планируют полностью восстановить работу и уточняли буду ли я дальше пользоваться их услугамидаже этим 10% дали вывести деньги
Мне написало 3-5 рабочих дней,а писать в поддержку не пробовали?Я как поставил на вывод в феврале (на банковский счёт), так до сих пор ничего и не пришло
