Мало вероятно, что этот проект и быстро/скамный hourday.org от одного админа. У этого проекта айпи адрес российский, а у hourday.org - белизный. ИМХО, здесь быстро/скамер от rapida.best, т.к. айпи адреса совпадают по широте и долготе с точностью до сотых градуса, и дата запуска проектов та же - Jul 02, 2019.
