1.1 "About e-gold mass random blocks"
As you are all aware, e-gold has been enforcing mass random blocks on accounts. Many members have reported their accounts being blocked and even as we use new accounts, these get blocked very quickly - under 24 hours!
So what we will do for now is to continue to process payouts instantly as long as we have an active e-gold account (we keep making new ones but sometimes even our IP is blocked). However, we are considering to DISABLE DEPOSITS/ACCEPT DEPOSITS (TEMPORARILY) if our new account is blocked again.
Please take note that ALERTPAY is still a good option and we process these manually. You can exchange e-gold to Alertpay from the Members Area. We impose a minimal exchange fees in order to cover the necessary expenses.
So, in short: everything is as normal, although you may experience disruptions to Deposits and Instant Withdrawals. We will update you as we receive news on e-gold developments."
2. Request to change of e-gold number
2.1 - "Multiple tickets"
Please do not submit multiple tickets to our Helpdesk, especially on request to change your e-gold number. For security reason, we will edit your e-gold number upon verified that your are the account owner.
