Если у вас регламент выйдет, то пишите. В проекте выплаты утром и вечером, раз в день, но всегда, уже более полтора месяца регламент не нарушался ни разу регламент и исправно платит всем. Не понимаю, как можно говорить так о проекте, в котором сам вкладываешь и тем более не обосновано говорить о скаме.
