А зависит ли скорость выплаты рефки от платежной системы. У меня друг заказал на PM с того же проекта что и я. Ему выплатили в течении часа. Я же заказал ровно тогда же на Payeer и уже второй день жду

Депал битками, заказал RCB тоже на биткойновский кошель естественно.
Монитор написал что надо кошель PM. Предоставил.
