First: The Holidays impact December, 25th and January, 1st:
Due to the international Holidays, all our agencies will be closed during the 25th of December and the 1st of January 2010. Therefore, NO DIVIDENDS Interests will be generated during those days.

Second: Outsourcing of our online investment subsidiary MySolidinv SUARL
In order to reduce our useless high-expenses related to French taxing, we decided to outsource our company to one of these countries: Malta, Cyprus, Tunisia or Morocco. Financial and technical studies have been launched in order to determine the appropriate choice of our destination.
Please note that this outsourcing will allow us to economize very important tax fees we are paying now. We will also make profit of a number of financial advantages applied in those countries. That way, we can guaranty better services and more stability in our program, for our investors.
The final choice will be made by the end of December 2009 so the outsourcing process can get start by January 2010. Our clients will be notified of all new information.
