Если коротко, то смысл письма сводится к тому, что админ готовиться к переезду на новый более защищенный сервак и просит всех сохранять спокойствие. Выплаты в течение 24 бизнес часов будут в ручном режиме. Админ просит не постить плохих отзывов на форумах и мониторах.
В общем, если лодку не будем раскачивать, то она не перевернется, а будет продолжать своё плавание.
