Regards to you once again, here's an update on where we are
The past few days had been very hectic from admin end as he had to work hand in hand with Dev to ascertain that site is in good standing, Every issue we encountered at the failed launch had been fixed including STP api, major issue we faced was server crash due to heavy load and we have done upgrade to a new server with higher capacity, only pending issue we got at the moment is PayPal approval which normally takes about 10days and we are still on track about that, we are likely to finally get PayPal approval is next few days.
Our membership keeps increasing and were close to 24,000 ,,we have sent refunds to those who requested and we can say everything is looking good at the moment.
If you sent a support ticket aside issues regarding refunds and haven't gotten response, kindly understand that we've been too occupied recently ,however, we'd start giving responses to your tickets soon.
We appreciate all efforts shown by those who keep promoting RT, we assure you a smooth sailing come 25th as we'd be back and stronger.
