We apologize for the inconvenience, but you may only dispute a transaction made within 30 days of the original payment date. Please refer to our User Agreement for more information: https://www.AlertPay.com/en/agreements.aspx.

Please note that this time frame exists so we can trace and reverse the disputed funds without issue. After 30 days, it can become increasingly difficult to find funds that may have already been dispersed into several other accounts or withdrawn.
