Advertising Coordinators Clarification
BB does not have account managers. BB are aware that people are managing accounts, BB also aware of the Good and the Bad. This was not stopped because in general a good service was being offered. The reason they are no stopping it is, in simple - greed - 'managers' abused their position of trust and this is damaging for the company.
Every account that is looked after by an Advertising Coordinator will have an active campaign. The ACs job will be to manage the campaign, panels, use eWallet funds effectively - they are looking after this for you. It is not their job not to tweek it, but to manage it effectively.
If you want to fully maximise your business, learn how BB works yourself - there are plenty of facilities available to help you with this, webinars, your sponsor etc.
No one can manage someones account after Sept 1st and charge for it. You can choose to use the AC service or learn BB yourself.
Strict stance on accounts being managed for financial reward after Sept 1st.
If you want to help your TEAM for no charge - that is different and there is no issue with this. You would be best having something in writing giving you authority to access your account. BB take no responsibility for any activity on your account by someone who you have given your password to.

Next BB Mastercard Card this Friday - Debit Card is every 2 weeks - when the automated payments are in place, this will be processed once a week.

Slow speed is being caused by Promo 1 to 1 and as a result Promo 1 to 1 is being moved to its own server. Hopefully should be resolved within the next few hours.
Web Hosting - Active and live.
As soon as server move is complete - other features from BB 2.5 will become live.
Traffic Packs
Automation of traffic pack purchases should go live later this week.
When the automated goes live, it will go back to day 1.
In order to be fair to all BBers - BB will claw back upto 20% from day 1
ie if you purchase 10 TPs, but you didnt want to keep 10 each month- BB will only charge you 20% - ie you will be charged 2TP's per month rather than 10 each month.
So if you bought 50 in Jan, and nothing ever again - you would be billed 10 a month for the months you have missed.
If you bought 50 in Jan, 5 in Feb, 25 in March you will be billed 20% of the monthly average.
The dates that you purchased the TP's initially, will be the dates that you are billed on - SO, if you purchased 2nd, 9th and 15th Jan - you will be billed on those days of the month (obviously 31st of the month will be the day after for months that do not have a 31st)
The option to cancel TP's will follow.

Over the weekend, accounts that should have been upgraded to premium will have been.
Support Ireland - in house support live by Monday. UK shortly behind.
Choice network is a broker BB are partnering with - testing process happening at the moment, to ensure that the networks are receiving genuine traffic - performance will improve on this shortly.
I have asked they put a notice on the site when the daily backup happens - this will happen shortly.
BB will look into why you can not modify your ID details if you are uploading different ID.
