А разве сложно сделать скан с помощью Paint(да и других программ море!!!!) Нажал Расширенный режим, добавил файл своего снимка и нет проблем с рекламами!!!

Это совсем не то! Я тоже кое-что делал на сайте и мне приходило подобное сообщение. Это стандартные функции сайта о подтверждении сделки. И это не значит, что сайт открыт! Он в стадии технических доработок и частично выполняет свои функции.
Должно быть официальное приглашение на новый домен сайта от админа!

Here's why we had to change our name and close the site temporarily ...
NOTE: Alert2Pay is Back Online!
Alert2Pay.com had been under attack due to the popularity and success of the website. hackers have been trying to steal our identity and member base with some success that only the members Alert2Pay login credentials have been compromised. We are asking that you login and change your password now! Changing your password will be the simple solution and no further action is needed after you do this.
PLEASE NOTE: We had NO WAY of knowing that this issue was going to take place ahead of time. If we did, we DEFINITELY would have sent an update FIRST to let the members know.
We are at war with this hacker who is also the person that sold us the domain name www.alert2pay.com! We just found out recently who the hacker is and I am shocked to find that it is the same person who sold me the domain name. Now moving forward, we had to change our domain name until we get the original domain name back, that is why the website went offline for 2 days, the hacker is trying to transfer the domain but is unsuccessful as we have intercepted the transfer and are now fighting for it back!
www.alert2pay.com has an Alexa rank of 14,000 and we are averaging 5,000 unique visits per day. Hackers love to go after popular websites and unfortunately we was attacked repeatedly.
www.alert-2-pay.info is now more secure than ever, we changed hosting, we changed our payment email, and the current domain is secure. The only thing left to do here is to change the links in your forum and blog posts and continue with what we was set out to do, and that is to provide a wonderful email advertising service and payment program! Your accounts and your money are safe!
We will process STP withdrawals today, We are waiting for EgoPay to update our new web address and LR will be available for withdrawal by Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience that this caused our members and we hope you continue to stay and earn with us!
