в FAQ ж всё написано у них:

Как осуществить пополнение счета?

Для того чтобы осуществить пополнение счета нужно авторизоваться на сайте и перейти на вкладку ОПЕРАЦИИ .Затем нажать кнопку Пополнить и вы попадете на страницу выбора платежной системы .
