As I see here there is a hot ongoing discussion about our project.
And this is great that we have so many attention: both positive and negative feedback only helps us to develop.
Just to avoid any further misunderstandings we would like to mention most important and hot topics about project from terms and FAQ one more time:
All of them are in our Terms and FAQ, but seems not everyone had time to read them.
1) Rules is same for everyone. We will not be doing any exceptions. Stability is our priority.
2) Deposits in Bitcon may take few hours (up to 48 - in rare cases). This is how blockchain works. We are not able to change this system therefore it does not make sense to send us multiply emails asking about your deposit before 24 hours passes. If it takes longer than 24 hours you are welcome to create support ticket.
3) We will not be changing or cancelling any of your deposits. Even if you made them accidentally or by mistake or it was "system error". Because if we do it today for 1 user, in 1 week, we will be getting 5 requests for deposit change, in 2 weeks 20 requests. But the as I mentioned rules are same for everyone. No exceptions.
4) We do not have access to your passwords. They are stored securely in database. If you lost your password use password recovery link instead of asking us to send it by email.
5) We can not change your uplink. Our partners - monitors work hard to bring us investors. As a courtesy to them we do not change uplinks. We suggest to register new account instead.
6) We know how to use google translate, however, we are not always able to correctly understand requests written in other languages, but English. So we are sorry if we misunderstand some of your tickets
