MATCHING BONUS
From May 1st the total matching Asterios bonus any member can accumulate will be reduced to a maximum of 1000 from the current 2000. The matching bonus in the current form will be discontinued over the next six weeks.
TOWAH ACCOUNTS
We have seen many accounts where an email address was entered as the payment processor ID for Towah. This is incorrect. The correct Towah ID is a unique five digit number that has been assigned to you when signing up for your e-wallet. You can get this number by logging in to your Towah back office.
NETWORK DIRECTOR GVRs
Please note that the current policy for payment of the Network Director’s GVR is this: a member upgrading to ND in month 1 (or an ND upgrading to the next higher level) will be eligible for GVR commission in Month 2 which is paid around the 15th day of Month 3. For example, if you upgrade in April to ND, your GVR commission will be calculated on the global volume generated by your organization during the month of May (not April, which is your qualifying month), and paid around June 15th.
SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS VIA CASH BALANCE
Please note that making your monthly subscription payment via cash balance on a manual basis is available in your back office. However, the automatic subscription payment via cash balance has not been implemented yet. Please ensure that you log into your back office on your subscription due date and manually pay the subscription due via cash balance to ensure that your account remains active. We expect the automatic feature to come on stream soon.
EMAIL/PASSWORD
In order to maintain the security of your Club Asteria and email address accounts we encourage all members to change their passwords as often as possible but at least once a month. Please ensure that you “white list” Club Asteria emails with your email client (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.) so that you receive all emails sent by Club Asteria.
Please remember that you are fully responsible for your account security, subscription payments, account maintenance (keeping your profile, address and photograph updated) and registering correct payment processor information in your back office.
