Конечно можно) Нажимаете "пополнить счет" ...
Выбираете план, на который вносите платеж...
проставляете сумму...
и галочку ставите " Тратить средства из баланса счета Perfectmoney"
и подтверждаете , нажав "тратить".
Если что, то я есть в чате (и не только я) . Всегда поможем)

ой, забыла. Если у вас EgoPay, отмечаете "тратить с баланса EgoPay"
