The whole thing stinks and looks like a well planned SCAM from FPP/BPP team to gather cash to support their primary programs. It was hyped with the prelaunch. Lot's of people rush in, then, BUM, DDOS attack, move to another server, another attack and haking all in one week.
I can only make suppositions, but there's some logic here.
Even if FPP/BPP is not directly behind this SCAM they can be a funneral/and or burglar gang in the case. They may have orchestrated first DDOS, then suggest their partner/accomplice hosting service for DDOS protection, then their accomplice brought down the site at his own server telling admin that it is DDOS attack, then he was trying to draw more cash from admin for so called better protection, then haked the script that is very easy thing for server administrator.
Just an interesting theory, I don't pretend it to be anything more. HYIPs arenks looking more and more like organized crime schemes with lots of links in the currupt chain. HYIP admin - programmer - hoster. You never know who can be behind any given forum username...
