We contacted admin about payouts issue and this was his reply :

This letter is to inform that, we will start to make our scheduled mainetanace to our website from Today, for this reason, the site will be offline for some days.

Scheduled Maintenance Works Will include :

1) Changing of server to an upgraded & more secured server of Dragonara.
2) Installing of a SSL Certificate for better security measures for our Members, because members comes first.
3) When the site will be back, there will be a new design and new looks to it.
4) Backing up of Databses.
5) Integration of current data to a custom made script, on which our technical department is working on.

Thanks for the support and trust shown on us. Please bear the situation now as it is for the betterment of members only. Payments will be back to normal from 20th Oct 2010.

If you have any questions, regarding this or any doubts, dont hjesitate to contact admin.

Its a request to all the monitor dont go against the site, putting it a scam status, because i very well know monitors want money daily for keeping up the paying status, if they dont get the site will be turned scam. Nevertheless i hope my members dont loose hope.
