Кое как сайт открылся c 20-й попытки... и в новостях последнее вот что написано:

"Извинения за простоя! Существует нет Центр поддержки (билеты, новости и часто задаваемые вопросы) в течение 24 часов. Пожалуйста, имейте к сведению любые вопросы или проблемы, свяжитесь с нами и в четверг, когда он вновь открывается ...."

We are implementing critical security improvements and there is something our members need to adjust at their end in order to continue receiving Liberty Reserve withdrawals. Without these adjustments our system won't be able to process your LR withdrawals at all. Other ecurrencies won't be affected because of programming elements used by LR system.

Kindly follow the instructions mentioned below and you should be set:

1. Login to your LR account, go to Merchant Tools, Click on Create new API
2. Enter the following entries in the form:
2.1. API Name: libertyreserve
2.2. Sec. Word: libertyreserve1
3. Tick ENABLED, BALANCE and TRANSFER
4. Enter your PIN and submit to save the configuration.
5. Please reply to this e-mail with your LR account number to finish.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this might have caused but we were forced to implement those upgrades. Our website should be available within next 24 hours.
