скорее всего это зависит от времени заказа выплаты ,
т е если заказывать вечером, примерно в это время ,

Нет, там именно был инстант, так как сразу батч выплаты показал, а когда там ручник, сперва пишется "withdrawal is saved"
Да и неоднократно в теме делали предположение, что админ тестирует инстант, периодически его включает, выключает.
Ну, и как мне показалось, админ включает инстант с пятницы до воскресенья вечера, по крайней мере так было в прошлые выходные))

П.С. хотя по сути, не столь важно, главное, что админ платит!
