Before proceeding to read the newsletter, please confirm that your following details are updated and correct;

Here are few updates since the last newsletter.

I - Our website was done on 23Oct13 for couple of hours as our database was crashed due to problem with our servers. We restored the database from back-up and everything was back to normal operations. We thank our members who show confidence in our services during the down time.

II - Earlier we increased our minimum deposit to $25 to reduce the time for payment processing but decision was reverted back to $10 due to member’s requests.

Here are few things we would like to ask our members and monitors;

I - We request our Monitors who changed our program to Problem status (when our website was not accessible), to change it back to Normal as things have been fixed.

II – Any member who has problem accessing account, or experience problem with transaction code are requested to contact us by email so that we can fix the issues. We have received couple of requests from members who were unable to access the account/transaction code which may have caused by database crash. We are fixing these members issues one by one.

Уведомляется о том, что сайт, работающий уже более 3-х месяцев, полностью в работе после какого-то сбоя и проблем с серверами; выражается благодарность всем, кто сохранял спокойствие во время недоступности сервиса. Возвращен размер минимального депозита в 10$ вместо 25$ ранее. Также были сделаны запросы мониторингам вернуть проекту рабочий статус после описанных проблем. Всем пользователям, которые имели какие-либо проблемы с кодом транзакции, были сделаны запросы по почте об бращении в службу поддержки за помощью. Далее о каких-то двух участниках, которые не могли войти в аккаунт после краха базы данных и о том, что всё было благополучно исправлено.

Вобщем, чудо-администрация просто, не знаю только, когда сайт ломался, я что-то пропустил это время

Администрация проекта супер, и техподдержка тоже, вчера закнул депчик пробный 41,5 на свой акк (мой косяк, что сумма с копейками). Вообщем оплата прошла, а деп не появился в аккаунте, написал в техподдержку и мне ответили на почту через несколько часов, попросили скрин с моего акка перфекта, я преоставил и вуаля, мой деп отображается в аккаунте гульфклаба) Причём тем временем, когда я перевёл им средства!
