Все-таки неправильно называть пендалем обыкновенный период ожидания согласно регламенту....как и во всех проектах...
Тем более,что всем участникам известны и регламент,и тактика выплат на протяжении всего срока стабильной работы Проекта, - именно поэтому здесь мы видим игроков,предпочитающих стабильность имхо...а для тех,кто предпочитает исключительно мгновенные выплаты - всегда ведь есть выбор...

А в приведенной цитате речь совершенно об ином - посты,лишенные содержания и не несущие смысловой нагрузки,являются флудом согласно Правилам
