Our other channels of communication like live chat, e-mail support and Facebook support will continue to operate as usual, the phone number is just an extra way of getting in touch with us.
To continue with the good news, you may like to know that we will add SolidTrustPay as another funding option very shortly, we already opened an account with them and we’re in the process of verifying it.
