As you know, we are going through some growing pains to say the least. We have been experiencing not only a very high volume of customer support requests, but also a huge surge in our business. We are doing everything we can to keep up with the work load, and hope that by expanding our support team, we will be able to provide support in a more timely fashion.
We know that this is not the most convenient situation for our members, but we really are working very hard at helping as many members as we can every day.
Regarding credit cards, we are working actively towards a solution to this and will let our members know when these services are available once again. It might not be tomorrow, but we hope it's soon. Please bear with us.
Regarding bank transfer options in the US, this service will be available very soon for members who do not have a verified bank account in their Payza account (deposits are "pending" or a bank account has not yet even been added).
There are other ways of funding your account, such as by bank wire or money order/certified check (which is a free option).
Again, I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you have been experiencing, but you will have to remain patient as we iron out the kinks we have been experiencing as of late.
