Just thought I'd check in to see how you're doing and also to let you
in on a VERY important update... OK, I'm actually sending you this
e-mail mainly to explain this IMPORTANT update.
But, first, I'd like to ask this seemingly rhetorical question; did you
make any Money while on Poozes.com?
Notice this question has been positioned in a past context?
Well, this is because Poozes.com is about to go OFFLINE!
Please do not fret; we▓ve got everything under control. It's nothing
serious; we are only taking this period of recess in order to jump back
in with a much stronger and efficient business model.
So, we▓ve made it through for the last 21 days by offering our valued
members our market-standard INSTANT daily payouts at 10% value without
going under as the naysayer have professed. I think that's quite an
achievement on its own.
If you've been following our lead since launch on the 15th of January,
you▓ll notice Poozes.com was only open for pre-launch. Basically, we
came out just to test the market response and all I can say is; the

tomorrow Monday the 5th of February 2007.
This is going to be a 5 days downtime allowing us administer a few
changes to the Poozes.com network. Look at this as a scheduled maintenance,
but with a twist of recess added to it.
Poozes.com will be back online by 12.01 PM (Noon) on Friday the 9th of
February 2007.
Alex, we need this change in order to make Poozes.com even better and I
hope you can bear with us.
Before someone gets really angry and starts up load of drama about us
running off in a subtle manner, I▓d also like to chime in that all
**Gold members will be refunded their initial upgrade amount**
Notice the asterisk in the above statement? It indicates these refunds
will be made to Gold members who fall within the following categories:
- I LOVED the Poozes concept so much that I had to re-upgrade my Poozes
account a couple of days ago. (Re-upgraded members)
- I've been with you guys for the last 10 days, but haven't made any
profits. (Not-in-Profit members)
If you fall within any of the above category, please do nothing. You
should have your balance due refunded within 24 hours.
**PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US ABOUT YOUR REFUND IF THE 24 HOURS PERIOD HAS
NOT EXPIRED**
If you're already in profit, you shouldn't be expecting to hear back
from us. We will only be attending to Gold members in the above
situation.
If you're not yet in profit, but have been cashing out for the last 10
days, you WON'T be hearing from us.
Basically, we intend refunding your actual upgraded amount. The
following formulae will let you know if you qualify for a Poozes refund:
Initial upgraded amount - Percentage of initial amount already cashed
out = Balance for initial upgrade to be refunded by Poozes.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. This has to be
done in our best interest.
If you are speculating we are low on funds, hence prompting this
Downtime decision, such assumptions aren't even close. Poozes.com is well
funded and that fact has been inherent with our 21 DAYS of INSTANT payouts
without glitches.
During this period of recess, we intend doing the following:
- Revisiting our Business model/concept.
- Reiterating a ground-breaking model to be respected through out the
paid to surf community.
- Getting servers ready for the expected surge in traffic.
- Auditing all Accounts in the Poozes network
- Addition and testing of new features to the Poozes network
- And finally, revising our marketing plan for a successful re-launch.
All these are expected to take place in less than 5 business days.
That said, our auto payout feature will still be made available till
12.01 AM EST (Midnight), after which it will be disabled and all members
will be unable to login to their Poozes.com account. If you do have a
pending cash balance, kindly have these cashed out before Midnight, else
you'd have to wait for our refund process within the next 24 hours.
Again, do not contact us about your refund/account except its specific.
You should have your initial upgrade (minus funds already paid) sent to
your e-gold account within 24 hours. You'll not be alerted when such
refunds have been made, so you'll need to check your e-gold account
periodically.
