Да - это инвестиции...
"Ап" - это сокращенно от "апгрейд"...
В инвест-автосерфах ты покупаешь сколько-то единиц апгрейда и серфишь... Каждый день, после того как отсерфил положенное число страниц, тебе выплачиваются проценты...
Проценты эти могуть падать или сразу на счет, с которого ты покупал апгрейд, или ложиться на внутренний счет в проекте (зависит от инвест-автосерфа), и потом ты их заказываешь...

На примере этого проекта :
- 1 единица апгрейда стоит 1$
- Каждый день тебе нужно просмотреть минимум 10 сайтов
- После просмотра 10 сайтов ты получишь 13% от суммы вклада на свой внутренний счет (с 1$ получишь 0.13$)
- Заказывать выплату можно каждый день...

В этом проекте дневной процент начисляется в 24:00 по времени сервера, а не сразу.

I have decided to take precautionary measures regarding the issue with AP. I know that some may not like my decision but please understand that this decision was made by considering not only member's funds but also the over all progress of PST/PSA.

I will process as many AP payments until my PST/PSA Alertpay account has been zeroed out then I will disable Alertpay upgrades and cashouts. I know that there will still be some Alertpay members that may not receive payment since PST/PSA alertpay account will be zeroed out. I will return those pending amounts back to your cash balance. You may then upgrade again using Egold or STP.

Once PST/PSA alertpay account has been completely depleted Alertpay will not be used as a processor. Members may upgrade only with Egold, STP or VGB.

В кратце: Админ перестает работать с платежной системой АlertРay после того как выплатит всем инвестором кто с АlertРay вкладывал, дальнейшие операции будут происходить только через E-gold.
