Я просто к тому, что у меня есть клиенты с очень крупными суммами на акках.
И у них все ок пока т-т-т.
НО акки у них регнуты не на ру/снг.
Потому вот вертится в голове. Либо локали прицельно менял, либо прицельно ру/снг, либо локали за оборот/активность, а не за баланс как таковой, ну и возможные комбинации опций.
