Не смешите) Да, конечно, если Вы торгуете в ЮТ, или других оффшорных канторах, то все может накрыться медным тазом, как было с МИГ, ANG и т.п. Но это не брокеры.
Я имею ввиду те компании, которые регулируются NFA, либо CFTC, FINRA, SEC, SIPC, FLIC, FATCA, т.е американскими регуляторами. А это и FXCM, OANDA, FXDD, FX Solutions, IBFX и масса других брокеров.

I've sent redemption form at FXDD at 28 Oct, but 'till now I don't have accepted my redemption in my bank account, I ask them, and they gave me the answer that they have migration system so could failure transfer into my bank account, they've promised from one of their operator that my redemption will accepted today on my timezone (GMT +7:00), but the reality, I still don't have accepted my redemption from them until now, I've confused why could this happen, and almost two weeks I still wait for my redemption. Maybe one of you have same problem with me? Thank you.

I have an issue with FXDD. I had the issue with FXCM, and at least it looks better at FXCM, though I am sure I'm getting it on the backend.
Here is my situation. On MT4, metatrader charts, when a trade is going against me (beyond my dashed green entry line) as in the chart below...I'm in the negative. Logical......
В заключение регулятор всё - таки наказал компанию за неоднократные нарушения:
NFA punished FXDD due to FXDD slippage configuration. The expected amount will be about $3.5m.
NFA punished FXDD with a lot of quantity of broken violations of its rules. NFA’s radared and have been heavily audited in the past year a lot of Brokerage Houses. One of them was FXDD. The result is, FXDD manipulated of slippage's mechanism with customers. They used unfair practice of Dealing with customers such as not true direction of slippage, i.e. treated price slippage differently (not true) when the price slippage favored FXDD as opposed to when the price slippage favored a customer.
но это не значит, что вы он снова не начнёт вставлять палки в колёса. так что Американсий брокер, это не панацея, они также "вставляют палки в колёса" трейдерам, только делают это более аккуратно, да и может пореже. Кстати, такие цитаты можно найти на каждую "правильную" американскую компанию )
