Я вот понять не могу у меня тоже сумма 8,44$ но инстанта нет и ожидание уже более 13 часов. С чем связано комуто инстант а комуто ожидание...

Ответ из поддержки (авто. перевод): "В автоматическом режиме, платежи обрабатываются с лимитом $ 10 один раз в день".
Я так поняла, что последующий вывод до 10$ должен быть не раньше чем через 24 часа.
Попробуйте написать в поддержку, мне помогло, отвеетили быстро, зависшие надолго в обработке выплаты пришли в течение 3 минут.

Проверено на себе: суммы до 10$ включительно в течении суток выводятся инстантом, а все что сверху - падает в ожидание, и тут по правилам проекта ждать можно до 48 часов. Вчера вечером вывел 2$, поэтому сегодня с утра все что более 8$ заказывал - падало в ожидание. Поэтому отменил все заявки и заказал ровно 8$, результат очевиден:
