Dear Imperia members,
after we have succeeded to increase performance of our server by 8-times to cover your needs, we want to give you a detailed procedure how we can go on as promised.
This plan will be accurate nature and will give you no speculations or guessing.
This shedule cannot be influenced only by ourselves, because our partners lead us and have big impact on it.
In some things we wished to be able tochange some details.
In fact we wished to speed up the whole process, but the task to accomplish has been just too overwhelming.
As follows our plan which is to follow by yourself and by ourselves. As agreed to get our money.
1. date: until the 1th of May 2008
please update all your profiles with the requested datas (edit profile).
you ID documents must reflect your real identity and datas on file.
2. date: until the 1th of June 2008
all users with add up datas (like described in 1.) must receive their certificate (duty of Imperia to deliver) This is an obligation issued to our address from the policy company. We have to pull this duty.
To simplify the process from now on, it will be managed only by electronical numbers. Every cerificate will have a number which is also shared by trustee for further processing.
All those of you who have already received their certificate, are done on this issue and have nothing else to do.
They also do not need a new certificate number.
3. date: until the 1th of August 2008
Presenting of the trustee agreements to you for payments.
The assignmentof your trading profits will be handled by a trustee agreement.It will confirm the profits which has been done. One condition for a valid agreement will be a
showable certificate or an electronical number of a certificate and a notarized ID copy.
4. date: until the 1th of September
After audited completion of points 1-3, the net profit amount will be deposited to your account at the payment platform.
This will be given to you starting at September offshore from our banking partners. You will have the possibility from that platform to do wires and to use debit cards for withdrawing cash. Your address on file will be used to deliver those debit cards.
The program itself will not be ongoing after September.
There will be not a second one.
After communicating to our partners (policy companies) we have worked out a suitable and satisfying solution for you as a substitution.
The program still stays open to do new TEPs directly. From today on all requested TEPs has to be on shedule context (points 1-3)and may not leave this timeframe.
Until the 1th of September TEPs can be purchased and requested.
We kindly ask you to not send emails about these issues, because we have it described clear and comprehensible without leaving any questions unanswered.
Please follow this procedure strictly to avoid problems and to get your well deserved profits finally.
All users who have sent wrong ID datas or wonґt follow this procedure have to take into consideration that the profits will not transfered to them. Though they will pooled into a special account for distribution to the other members.
This will be guided and watched closely by the trustee.
Furtheron inactive depots will be refunded to the owners after 1th of September. Basically these amounts will be refunded to the referred E-Payment deposit account.
As said often, all datas are located offshore and will not be given to third parties or authorities. This is strictly forbidden.
Also about your tax situation we are bound to professional discretion.
You are alone responsible for your tax situation.
