Да, такая же ситуация была и у меня неделю назад. Но, мне удалось разблокировать аккаунт.
Конечно же я больше не буду пользоваться услугами этой платежной системы.

Красавцы что еще сказать, все эти годы (более 12 лет) ЭПС специализировалась тупо на хайпах, а тут у них стали хайпы незаконными ))
Меня вообще обвинили что хайп и хайп-монитор одно и тоже и не стали разблокировать, ну чтож удачи вам на новом поприще ))

мда....на верифицированном аккаунте такое творят(. Даже в традиционных банках деньги позволяют вывести в другой банк если клиент не понравился.

Мне разблокировали аккаунт. Тоже был заблочен по причине вовлеченности в hyip. Тоже говорили "мы не видим разницы между hyip и монитором"

Сказали что нужно сделать для разблокировки:

Естессна с сайта убрал прием платежей в PM и все упоминания о платежке
Подождал месяц и пошел писать как они и просили, зашел в тикет а он закрыт. зайти могу а для написания новых сообщений он закрыт. (глаз задергался)
Скопировал всю переписку и открыл новый тикет. Там вставил старую переписку и написал новую просьбу разблочить.
Через какое то время пришло письмо на почту о новом ответе в тикет. Зашел и там написано, ваш акк разблокировали.

На данный момент всю денежку вывел через обменник.
Пробуйте, может кому то будет инфа полезной
