Most likely your PC is infected with malicious software, so please check it for viruses and reinstall the operational system. Unfortunately we cannot help you to return the money, because the funds have been withdrawn from our system via anonymous exchange service.
This situation could never have happened if you had used all available security options (Identity Check, SMS Login, Code Card).
