Here's the latest updates and news I have about Zeek Rewards.

Updates:
1. I've received a lot of questions from people wanting to know about getting refunds from NxPay, Payza and Solid Trust Pay. Here's the deal on the e-wallet services. NxPay sent out a notice stating that they have frozen all funds related to Zeek Rewards so you'll have to wait and see on what happens on them being able to release it.
As far as Payza (alert pay) and Solid Trust Pay I don't have any experience with them so the best thing to do is call them and ask what you can do. My thought is they will probably do something similar as NxPay if they have not already.
2. Issues with getting refunds/stopping payments from your bank. A lot of you had success with putting stop payments on your checks and money orders. However, there are some banks that are not being very helpful like Bank of America and Wells Fargo. The best answer I have for you is you'll simply have to follow the individual banks rules on what they say.
Some banks are aware of the Zeek situation and have certain procedures in which they are handling it. I know this isn't much of a help, but I just wanted to clarify it for people as I received dozens of questions about this.
I do know that many banks were able to help you folks, but it is hard for me to know all the rules of every bank especially all the international banks that you guys have.
3. Another question that I received quite a bit was what to do when you actually sent a check or money order to another affiliate rep. This is quite a tricky situation. I personally don't have experience with it, but I will say the first thing you should do is contact the affiliate rep you did this with and try and work something out with them.
If they are unresponsive or you don't know what to do you may want to contact your lawyer to see what your options are as I really don't know if they are held liable in anyway.
I would personally do all that you can to try and work something out in a civil manner with that affiliate rep.
4. "When am I going to get my money back?" I must have received this question 400+ times in the last week. Honestly I don't know and I know you don't want to hear that. We don't even know if we will get any money back at this point, but I promise you this that as soon as I have details and the specifics of people getting their money I will let you know.
It will save me a lot of time if you don't email me and ask me this question. I want to help you, but I just don't have the answer to this question right now.
5. Receivership website and email. As you may have noticed the receivership site is currently down. I'm told they are working on it and I'll get you the new receivership site as soon as it is opened up again.
Also there may be new contact information for the receivership so as soon as I have that I'll let you know.
6. Is Zeek going to re-open? I've received this question quite a bit as well. While things have yet to be determined my personal feelings are that Zeek will most likely not reopen.
If for some reason it does it is yet to be determined when?
As I find out more information I will let you know. I know many of you were counting on Zeek for income and have emailed me pleading to re-open Zeek. Unfortunately I don't really have much of a say if Zeek re-opens or not.
