1. Alert2pay had a massive script error which caused the site to have a blank white page for a while. The script error wiped the database clean and the referrals, deposits, commissions and positions which took place on Sept. 15th and 16th got lost in the process.
As a result of our loss, we have over 500 support tickets! We cannot handle this load and so we will take another approach. We will delete all support tickets and start over. Make sure you follow the directions below about how and where to submit your new support ticket! We are doing this so that we may answer your questions QUICKLY, as our members are top priority!
2. The good news is that we recovered from this massive error and because of our recent backup which was last done on the 14th of September, we were able to save everything from before that date!
3. The bad news is that we cannot get your newest referrals back who joined after the latest back up, and we are deeply sorry for that. As an incentive, we will be giving away a ton of bonuses and free stuff to all of you for the lost of data. That information will be available tomorrow morning.
4. Missing Referrals: Any new members whose accounts were erased, that send us a general support ticket looking for their account will be told to go back and find the referral link they signed up with, that\\\'s the best we can do for now!
5. Some More Good News ...
Payouts will resume tomorrow morning!
You will be able to withdraw to EgoPay and Solid Trust Pay for now, and Liberty Reserve will be added again ASAP!
All missing deposits will be put back as soon as you finish reading this update!
My staff, Cathy and I will be putting those deposits back today!
Instructions For Your Missing Deposits:

1. You are to contact the sales support team to have your deposit put back.
2. Sales Support Email:

3. You are to include: Your username - Your transaction ID - Your member ID
4. PLEASE do not submit your missing deposit through the general ticketing system!
