Security – BB are aware of 20 or so accounts being accessed by someone not the owner and withdrawal attempts made. No money has been paid out to those accounts and those accounts have been suspended in the meantime.
New security feature coming today with longer and harder password required, Transaction Pins etc, hopefully live by webinar tonight.
This will force you to change your password, 8 characters with upper and lower characters and a number.
Payouts
All withdrawal attempts made after Sept 13th will be reversed to protect the hacked accounts and any other accounts BB are not aware of.
No brand new STP or Payza accounts have been paid – that is if you have not been paid from BB Before to that address.
So if you changed STP or Payza account ID, the payment has not been made.
PrePaid Card
Expect payments to land on the card between Today and Wednesday.
US Affiliates – will land next couple of days, or 6 days if it is your first payment.
Payout update on dashboard in the next couple of hours.
Why do BB not give exact payout dates?
"If we miss dates by a day or so, people start to submit tickets – 2300 tickets were submitted on Sunday asking where the payments were. Now those tickets need to be answered and closed."
International Phone support will be offline today while support catches up with tickets. People have been calling asking for an update to their tickets, causing more delay.
Company update in back office in a couple of hours now the Leaders Call has finished.
A reminder of the zero tolerance on account management – updated Ts and Cs and dashboard notice later today.
Only exception, if you are ‘helping’ family in the same address or elderly parents, this is fine.
