Question on 75% rule - clarified again;
75% rule takes place for any missing months – if you joined in June and bought 10 but you only bought 2 in July and 5 in August, what will happen is 75% of the 10 (
so you owe 6 for July and 3 for August and your on-going subscription will be 8.
If you bought 4 in June, 10 in July, 4 in August – you will owe 4 for august, 4 for September and your on-going monthly commitment will be 8.
If you bought 4 in June, 10 in July, 4 in August and 20 in September
You would owe 4 for the missed TPs in August – your on-going TP commitment is 20.
75% only applies to the missing TP months – not to your last monthly commitment.
TPs from over the weekend will be automatically purchased shortly as the script has to be manually activated.
Question to evenly spread traffic packs throughout the month?
No – the programming required to do this would be unproportional to the benefit of the business.
We have not found any mistakes looking at several dozens of accounts

Missing sales credits still being looked at – no ETA as yet. Support can credit missing credits if you provide the panel codes. Repurchased sales credits are now being received.
