Hello, thank you for choosing cointellect.
Per our recent announcement found at the link below, and in accordance
with our Terms of Service, we are moving forward with the planned
changes. We hope this email notice answers any questions you may have
and/or clarifies how this change will impact you.

CANCELLED AND FROZEN CONTRACTS
Due to a combination of rising network difficulty and increasing
competition, the majority of our introductory contracts have been
rendered unprofitable and obsolete. As a result, we will be removing
these contracts from our service. Any existing contracts ordered after
January 1st will remain active but will be switched to a new earnings
structure based on the current price of Bitcoin. Contracts ordered
before January 1st will be cancelled.
Both Expert and Premium contracts have been temporarily frozen until
Bitcoin’s market value returns to a healthy price.
PAYOUTS
As part of our ongoing efforts to manage the large volume of payouts,
some pending withdrawals will be cancelled. Those who have withdrawn
more than their initial contract investments will be prioritized for
these cancellations.
However, we would like to remind our users that any Basic, Starter,
Pilot, A1, and A2 contracts purchased after January 1st will be eligible
for CryptoPay withdrawals. More information regarding this can be found
at the news post below.

We are currently working on enabling CryptoPay withdrawals for Expert
contract owners. Expert contract owners are also eligible for a free
Crypto-debit Swiss Card.
Any other users wishing to request their Crypto-debit Swiss cards can do
so by visiting the request page at the link below:

All withdrawal fees have been waived.
EARNINGS
Both active and inactive contract owners may notice their Live Balance
has temporarily been held. We do not have a specific date for when these
balances will be restored.
Solo-mined earnings can no longer be withdrawn. These earnings can only
be used for internal contract purchases.
REFUNDS
We are making every effort to minimize the impact these changes will
have on you. If the combined total of your withdrawals has not yet
exceeded the combined total of your contract purchases, you may be
eligible for a one time refund. This refund will void and nullify any
existing contracts; however, your account will remain active in the
event you wish to continue using our platform.
If you paid by credit card for your purchase, we will make every attempt
to refund either partially or in full the transaction. Due to expiry
dates on credit card transactions, we may or may not be able to do so.
If we are unable to do so, you are free to start the chargeback and/or
claims process with your issuing bank.
Users who did not pay by credit card will have their refunds processed
through our partner First Swiss Card. Users opting for this method will
be required to send us their username along with a screenshot of their
Statement Page. Our support team will review each submission and
determine whether or not you qualify for a refund. Please note that
these cards are physically mailed and will require a complete name and
mailing address.
SUMMARY
We understand that you may find some of these recent changes frustrating
and/or inconvenient; however, we are confident that this is both the
most practical and preferable decision for our users.
We thank you for your continued support and understanding.
Warm Regards, Ahmed.
