First of all let me thank you for your patience and support in difficult times. Our site has survived several DDOS attacks, hacker attacks and we have hard time patching all holes, catching up and meeting deadlines.
We had to bring our site off-line to make necessary upgrades and check the system for possible backdoors and exploits. The site is on-line now. However, we need some more time to fine tune the system and catch on your numerous technical support requests.
We have a good number of users complaining that their user accounts have been hacked and personal data changed. Some of them lost sizable amounts. Most of these incidents are happening due to the user’s negligence to the security issues. Therefore we give you 72 hours to log in and check your user profiles to make sure all information is correct and up to date. Please check your LR and PM account numbers, if you have not registered them, please do so. PM users must make sure they enter USD purse numbers starting with uppercase U.
Withdrawal function will be disabled during these 72 hours to prevent unauthorized use of compromised accounts. We had to cancel all pending withdrawals as well.
Meanwhile, we shall deal with your technical support requests. If you don’t remember your transaction code or need to change your e-mail or anything else, please, submit a new support request.
The withdrawal function will be enabled early Monday morning and the web-site will be fully operational.
