We apologize that your payout is still pending. However, we are doing our best to clear all outstanding transactions.
Unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific time frame for the resumption of Paypal services as it will depend on how long before we can clear the existing queue and get a new payment partner to help us process the daily volume of requests.
CryptoPay is still not available. However, we have already agreed to a weekly limit of 100,000€ for our account with them. We are confident that we will be able to re-open CryptoPay again very soon and payments will be very quick while we are within this amount limit.
We cannot give you a specific date on when it will be fully available for everyone again. In the meantime, please consider compounding your earnings until all withdrawal methods are working normally again. Or if you still choose to withdraw by Dogecoin, we suggest withdrawing higher amounts in fewer transactions to facilitate a quicker processing in the queue.
